PremiumGolfTrolleys.com will refund the full purchase amount less a 10% re-stocking fee (based on original purchase amount) and sales tax. Shipping costs for returned are covered in the re-stocking fee for domestic shipments within the U.S. Additional charges will apply for international return shipments
Items returned within 30 days must meet the following criteria to be eligible for refund:

This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.). Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from PremiumGolfTrolleys.com. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment within 14 business days upon arrival of the returned item to our facility. Merchandise purchased through PremiumGolfTrolleys.com is shipped from Germany. Due to the customization of orders, please allow up to 2 weeks delivery time for your order. Many orders ship in multiple cartons and may arrive days apart, so check the tracking number on the packing slip before reporting a missing package.
Any defective product may be returned anytime while still under the manufacturer's warranty period. Manufacturer’s warranty is based on a 5 year frame warranty.

If an item arrives damaged, please save the shipping carton and notify PremiumGolfTrolleys.com via email (email@example.com) or by phone (678-383-0242) as soon as possible. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us until you receive our instruction to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods must be made with the carrier within 10 days after shipment is received.
